Cale grew up in San Jose, California, in the heart of Silicon Valley — an environment that shaped his early interest in entrepreneurship and technology. Today, he works as an entrepreneur, technology strategist, and executive advisor, helping founders and enterprise teams solve complex business challenges through technology.
He founded and patented his first business in high school, and by 23 had launched three startups. Since then, he's exited multiple ventures while continuing to advise emerging companies through critical stages of growth.
Cale has worked with publicly traded companies, high-growth startups, and enterprises across North America — including as Fractional CTO for organizations generating hundreds of millions in annual revenue, leading software development, digital transformation, AI, and product strategy. That mix of technical depth and business insight now shapes how our team approaches every project.

With a background spanning both operations and marketing, Andrew combines strategic growth planning with efficient execution — developing marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, and implementing automation systems that improve customer acquisition and retention. He has managed large-scale campaigns, coordinated cross-functional teams, and guided organizations through key stages of growth.

Pankaj Adhikari is a seasoned professional with an extensive background in the dynamic realm of web design and development. With over 15 years of hands-on experience, Pankaj has established himself as a leader, combining technical expertise with a keen understanding of web standards, scripting technologies, and project management.
Pankaj’s journey in the world of web design began in 2011, where he quickly developed a passion for creating innovative and user-centric digital experiences. His commitment to staying ahead of the technological curve led him to master a wide array of web scripting technologies, including HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and various frameworks. Pankaj’s proficiency in these languages allows him to craft elegant and efficient solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
Rohin Jain
Rohin has a proven track record of leading projects that drive organizational and transformation growth. He has over 15 years of experience in roles including head developer, delivery manager, technology project manager, and head of project code review. As a Scrum Master, he facilitates daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, tracking and supporting teams in identifying impediments. Rohin coordinates key project management activities, including planning, scoping, task tracking, estimation, status monitoring, and regular reporting to clients and senior management. To sum it all up, Rohin is responsible for delivering new and innovative technology solutions for our clients.
